The elections of NRM have been painted with lots of corruption allegations with some officials claiming that money meant to facilitate the elections was swindled.
Now the Police has been summoned to investigate the loss of the funds meant to be used for the NRM primaries.
The NRM Secretary General Kasule Lumumba is said to have written to the Police Force to help in the investigations of the funds to be used for the facilitation of the flag bearers of NRM youth who were to participate in the youth elections.
According to sources, the money was sent to Buganda leaders but it disappeared in thin air.
