NORTH KOREAN GOVERNMENT HAS ORDERED IT'S PEOPLE TO HANDOVER THEIR PET DOGS FOR FOOD AS SHORTAGE HITS THE COUNTRY
The North Korean government being led by Kim Jong Un has ordered people in his country to handover their pet dogs so that his people can be able to feast on them as food shortage hits his country.
The supreme leader ordered the pet dogs in Pyongyang to be rounded up handed over to the government to be slaughtered for meat for his people.
He added that owning pet dogs is now against the law and he said that petdogs are a symbol of capital decadence.
It is reported over one million dogs are reared on the farms to be consumed by the Koreans.
