BRITISH RETAILER MARK &SPENCER WILL BE CUTTING OUT 7000 JOBS IN THE NEXT THREE MONTHS DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC
One of the largest retailers of clothes and food company called Mark &Spencer has revealed that it will be cutting out about 7000 jobs in the next three months as a result of the Corona virus Pandemic.
According to the CEO Steve Rowe, the decision was made to reduce the costs of running the company so that the business can emerge stronger and also with lower cost base.
The company said that the overall sales during the pandemic slowed down and the online sales and delivery business increased during this period.
