The world's first gold-plated hotel has opened up for business in Vietnam. According to reliable sources the hotel has 24 carat plating across the lobbies with an infinity pool and all the cutleries like cups, spoons, plates have all been treated with gold.
The hotel is said to have taken around 11 years to be completed and $200 million dollars was used for it's construction.
The Dolce Hanoi Hotel will be charging guests $250 dollars per night and it has around 400 rooms and also there are some apartments that can be rented out.
All the gold used was sourced locally and that has made for the low cost for it's construction. There is still hope to making back the money used after Corona virus pandemic.
