In the world that we live in, commitment is important and people who are committed to something are veiwed as successful people, those with integrity and those who do not commit to things are looked at as failures, lack integrity.
What does it actually mean to be committed to something? Are you committed to your marriage partner? Are you committed to your friends?
Are you committed to your desires? Are you committed to your spiritual beliefs? If your partner were to cheat on you, would you be able to forgive him or her?
If you said yes to all these questions above, then you truly have the desire to be committed to something.
What actions are you going to take for you to become committed? If you put your head under the water, how long can you last under there?
Iam sure very many people would pull out there heads to get fresh air. It means that you are actually committed to breathing irrespective of the circumstances that come your way.
You do not make any excuses when it comes to breathing, you do not even need any motivation to keep breathing and you also do not need to justify your desire to help you breathe.
Being committed means taking action. No excuses, no debate and also no any other form of analysis.
No whining about how hard this could be and no thinking about what others will think when you do it. No delaying because of being a coward.
You just have to go. What if something stops you from being committed? I ask you, What would you do if something stopped you from breathing?
