I love snacks that i do bite on each and everytime i do get the chance. And one of the snacks that you will most likely enjoy if you also love snacks is called energy snacks.
These are the snacks that you can enjoy during a workout or even in the morning. Energy blasts are very nutritious and something that i hope you will actually enjoy.
Ingredients
-Biscuits
- A cup of ground flax seeds
-One tablespoon of Cinammon powder
- 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoon of dessicated Coconut
- A cup of honey
- Half a cup of Chocolate chips
-One tablespoon of Coconut oil
-Half a cup of nut butter
- Half tablespoon of Vanilla essence
-2 cups of Oats
- A cup of Almonds
Method
1. Crush the almonds using a food processor and then add the biscuits. Blend it into a coarse powder.
2. Add the ground flax seeds,Cinammon powder, hemp seeds, dessicated coconut powder and the oats until they have been combined.
3. Add the Vanilla essence, nut butter, coconut oil and honey before blenidng together until the mixture has been able to come together.
4. In a bowl, take out the mixture and then fold in the chocolate chips.Portion out the balls using an icecream scoop. Use your palms to firmly press one scoop of mixture into balls.
5. Repeat the process with the mixture that has remained and then place the balls on the baking tray that has been lined with the parchment paper and allow it to chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before it is served.
