If you are planning to organise a birthday party for your child or even an older person, you will enjoy this recipe. These are very simple to make and they are very tasty and lovely.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
- A cup of chocolate chips
- 2 packets of crushed cinammon cookies
- Extra chocolate chips for sprinkling.
Method
1.Mix together finely crushed peanut butter, crushed cookies, Chocolate chips and peanut butter.
2. Scoop some of the mixture into your palms and this is about one tablespoon of the mix. Press the mixture into your palms until it has been able to stick together and then roll it into a ball lightly.
3. Put the end of the wooden skewer into the melted white chocolate and then you can gently pierce it into the cookie ball. Allow it to set for about a few minutes.
4. Into a white melted chocolate, dip the cookie ball and then tap the skewer to ensure that you get rid of the excess.
Sprinkle some of the chocolate chips around it all and then place it in the standing jar so that the chocolate can be able to harden.
5. When the chocolate has been able to dry up and it has become solid, you can serve it in a jar.
