HOW TO PREPARE DELICIOUS CARAMEL CUPCAKES

If you enjoy eating cupcakes, this recipe below is actually yours. These are chocolate cupcakes that will be stuffed with bread crumbs and also some caramel butter cream. You will enjoy this recipe.

Caramel Cupcakes | Charlotte's Lively Kitchen

Ingredients

 For making the cupcakes:-

- A cup of margarine

- A cup of caster sugar

- A tablespoon of Vanilla extract

- A cup of grated chocolate

-2 tablespoons of milk

- 3 cups of Cocoa powder

- A cup of self-raising flour.

For making the butter cream:-

- A cup of margarine

-3 cups of icing sugar

- A cup of caramel sauce

Others;

- Crushed biscuits

-Caramel sauce

Method

1. Add all the ingredients used for making the cupcakes into a bowl and then you can beat it using an electric mixer. Make use of a spatula and then mix it to ensure that there are no lumps in the butter.
2. Portion the cupcakes using an icecream scoop and then you can place each of the scoops of the butter in a lined cupcake tray. Now bake the cupcake in a preheated oven  at a temperature of around 180 degrees centigrade for about 22 to 25 minutes Cool it completely.
3. Beat the margarine inside the bowl that will be used for making the butter cream until it is very fluffy. Now add the icing sugar one cup at a time and then you can beat it well each time you add the icing sugar.
4. Add the caramel sauce  before beating it and then add some milk to lighten up the butter when it is too thick.
5. Now scoop out the center of the cupcake and then you can add some Caramel sauce including some shortbread crumbs. Spread some butter cream on top of it and then put some more bread crumbs on top of it.
6. Serve  the Caramel cupcakes and enjoy.
