HOW TO PREPARE DELICIOUS CORNED BEEF CAKES

 If you love having cakes for breakfast then you will most likely enjoy the results of this recipe. Corned beef cakes are very delicious and also lovely and you can actually enjoy them for the breakfast.

Corned beef hash cakes

You can also be able to enjoy these cakes for dinner. Today,i will take you through how you can be able to prepare Corned beef cakes that are delicious.

Ingredients

- A can of corned beef

-2 cups of Bread crumbs

-2 Irish potatoes

- Half a bulb of Onions

-One bonnet pepper

-Oil to be used for deep frying

- A tablespoon of chopped Parsley

- Chicken seasoning cubes

- A quarter a cup of milk

- A can of corned beef

Method

1. Wash up the potatoes, peel them and then start boiling them with a pinch of chicken seasoning.
2. Mash the potatoes up and then put them aside.

3. Mash the corned beef and then mix it up with the potatoes, add the chopped parsley, the chopped onions,chopped pepper before setting it aside.

4. Whisk up the eggs with the milk and then pour about 3 tablespoons of the mixture into the corned beef that has been mashed and into the mix of the potatoes.

5. Scoop up a small portion of the mixture and then mould it. Dip the portion of the mixture into the egg mixture and then roll the bread crumbs into it before putting it aside.

6. Deep fry the corned beef cakes in hot oil that has been heat up in a pan  until it has been able to turn into golden brown.

7. Serve the corned beef cake and ensure that while removing and placing it you are very gentle because the cake can easily crumble since it is very soft.
