US President Donald Trump allegedly offered about $1 billion dollars to the German government so that it could provide exclusive rights to the Corona Virus drug to the Americans when the drug is released.
Germany says Trump offered German company $1billion for exclusive rights to coronavirus vaccine

According to reports a company in Germany that claimed to be manufacturing the vaccines for COVID-19 was offered a large sum of  money by the US government but a German official responded that Germany is not for sale.
