RWANDAN GOVERNMENT HAS ASKED UGANDANS TO STOP BEING HOSTILE TO THEIR CITIZENS BEFORE THE BORDER CAN BE OPENED


Following the talks between Uganda and Rwandan government after the closure of the border separating the two countries, the government of Rwanda has asked the Ugandan government to stop the allegations of the hostile forces that are coming from Uganda acting against the Rwandan citizens.

This was one of the recommendations according to the Quardriple Summit from Luanda that was allowed to monitor the talks that took place at the Katuna border.

President Kagame and President Museveni met amidst the talks as each of the countries decided to set free prisoners from either side and it  was also resolved that  Ugandan government would revoke the passport of Rwandan citizen Charlotte Mukamunsi as was a request by the Rwandan government.
