HOW TO PREPARE PORK AND SWEET POTATO RICE

 If you enjoy having sweet potatoes and pork for lunch or dinner then you will surely like this recipe.

This dish is very sweet and it will most likely give your taste buds new feeeling to ponder about while you enjoy it.

In this recipe the sweet potatoes will be roasted so that they become soft and delicious alongside the pork.

Ingredients 

- Chopped bunch of spinach

- 2 tablespoons of cumin powder

- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 chops of pork

- One sweet potato that has been sliced lengthwise into chips

- 2 cups of cooked brown rice

- Black pepper that has been freshly ground

- Salt for the taste

Method

1. Spread the sweet potato chips on the baking tray and then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then season it with some salt and black pepper. Bake the potato chips in an oven which has been preheated at a temperature of 180 degrees centigrade for about 20 to 25 minutes.

2. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil  in a pan until it starts smoking. Put the pork chops into the oil and then season it with cumin powder, pepper and some salt on both sides and then allow it to cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each of it's sides.

3. Cut the sweet potato chips into small bit sized portions alongside the pork chops. Now add the pork chops back into the pan that was used to fry it along with the spinach, brown rice, sweet potato and the soy sauce.

4. Allow it to heat up and the heat to pass through it for about 5 minutes before you can be able to serve and enjoy.
