HOW TO PREPARE BREAKFAST PIZZA

Have you ever dreamt of having pizza for breakfast not just an ordinary pizza but a very delicious pizza that can make you bite your tongue due to it's sweetness.

This breakfast pizza will be topped with favourite delicacies like sausages, eggs and bacon and also some lovely cheese and this makes it super cheesy and also yummy.

Ingredients

-2 tablespoons of yeast

-2 tablespoons of sugar

-3 cups of all purpose flour

- A cup of warm water

- Cheese love Pizza that has been grated

- Chopped cooked sausage

- Chopped cooked bacon

- Sliced onion

- Pizza sauce

-Eggs

Method

1. Add yeast, warm water, sugar and a cup of olive oil. Stir it and then allow it to sit for about 10 minutes or until it has formed some froth.

2. Mix together some flour and salt in a large bowl. Now add the mixture of yeast and then mix it together. Put the dough on  a clean surface and then knead it for about 8 to 10 minutes. Put the dough back into the bowl and then spread one tablespoon of olive oil on it's surface and then cover the bowl with just a cling of film.

3. Allow it to sit in a warm place for about 2 hours or just until the dough has been able to double in size.

4. Roll up a portion of the dough to your desired size and this will be used to prepare the pizza. Put the pizza in a greased pizza pan that has holes in it so that the pizzas become super crispy and then you can top it up with pizza sauce.

5. Spread out the cheese on the pizza sauce, then add sausage, bacon and onions  onto it. Lastly crack the eggs on the pizza and then drizzle some olive oil  all over it.

6. In a pre-heated Oven, bake the pizza  at about 180 degrees centigrade  for about 12 to 15 minutes or just until the bottom of the base has turned brown in colour properly.
