Fear is a tool that has been used by man to ensure that they are kept on the right track when things seem to be going wrong.
Most people look at fear in a negative way and as a bad thing but however fear can also hurt us if we do not take action against those things that we do fear and along the way it might also block some of the opportunities that might help in our personal growth and development.
Here are some tips on how you can be able to boost your courage easily.
1. Understand and accept your fears
If you do not know what you are fearing, then there is a very big chance that you will not be able to get over your fears. The first step to being able to overcome your fears is to understand and know exactly what you are actually fearing. You could be fearing the thought of ending up poor if you do not do something with your life or the fear of ending up single if you do not act now and look for a marriage partner. When you know your fears, it will be easy for you to handle and overcome those fears.
2. Find out what you can control or change
There are some fears that we can be able to control and those fears do have their powers in our hands.
For example if you are not comfortable speaking infront of crowds, then it will be wise for you to avoid public speaking events or conferences although sometimes avoiding those fears might not be a good idea in terms of personal growth but it is something ou can do to get that fear off your back.
3. Move out of your comfortzone
It might not be necessary for you to push yourself away from each and every fear that you come into contact with but developing the habit of always running away from your fears will not move you ahead in life and instead you will remain stuck in life.
In order to ensure that you are not just passing through life by avoiding each and every fear that you encounter then you will need to start stepping out of your comfort zone regularly.
Start by getting over the small fears first and then gradually you can take on the bigger fears in your life.

Some of the fears that engulf us are as a result of the standards that we do set for ourselves. Some people try to wait for the perfect time or the perfect partner before they can get married or are able to chase their dreams.

Fear should give you the motivation to live each day to the fullest by immersing yourself in selflove. There is nothing that should replace the love and care that you provide for yourself.
