HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN AND EGG FRIED RICE

If you do not like chicken and egg fried rice then you do not know what you are actually missing out there. The flavour of this awesome recipe is what you can give everything  for to just have a taste of it.

Today i will give you some tips on how to prepare this delicious recipe that will leave you biting your tongue.

Ingredients

- 1 chopped carrot

-1 chicken breast cut into cubes

- 3 table spoon of soysauce

-4 tablespoons of oil

-1 chopped onion

-1 cup of chopped green beans

- 2 beaten eggs

-Salt to taste

-Freshly ground black pepper

- Chopped spring onions for garnishing

Method 
 
1. Mix together chicken and one tablespoon of light soy sauce in a bowl and then set it aside.

2. Heat a wok until it starts giving off some smoke and then add half of the oil to the awok. If you add room temperature oil to the hot wok, it will just create a non-sticky surface.

3. Now add the chicken to the wok and then allow it to cook for about 3 to 4 minutes while stiring it constantly  making sure that you cook this dish on a high flame. Once it has cooked, you can now remove it from the wok and then set it aside.

4. Add the oil that has remained and then start tossing the carrots, green beans and the onions. Now add the rice and then break the lumps apart using a spatula.

5. Put the rice on the side of the wok and then pour the eggs inside. Allow it to cook for about 20 seconds and then start scrambling them. After they have turned white, mix them with the vegetables and then add salt and pepper.

6. Pour the soysauce that has remained and then toss it in the chicken pieces that have been cooked. Stir it well on a high flame.

7. Garnish all that with spring Onions and then serve.
