I know that people love eating omellete but have you ever what is called Ugali Omellette. This is an omellete that has some pieces of Ugali inside it.
This dish is very nice and perfect for the Sunday afternoon or mornings. And it is one of the easiest dishes that you can be able to prepare for yourself, family and friends.
Ingredients
-1 cup leftover of Ugali
-3 eggs
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 chopped Onion
- Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- Salt for the taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Butter
Procedure to be followed
1. Tear the left over of Ugali into pieces and put it into a bowl. Add the tomatoes, the eggs,coriander leaves, onions, salt, pepper, whisk, and milk.
2. Heat some butter in a pan and then scoop half of the mixture into the pan and then swirl it around. Allow it to cook for about 2 minutes on either side.
3. Fold and then serve it with toast, bacon not forgetting sausages for a full breakfast.
