Ugandan singer Stecia Mayanja has been confirmed pregnant. The gorgeous music artist who sings in Kream Production failed to complete her performance in Mukono after she was heavy.
The newly married singer is rumoured to be carrying the child of her husband called Abbas Mubiru.
