There was a Botswana singer who recently performed in Nigeria and while there she had an interview with Vanguard and she observed something about the men in Lagos and those in Abuja.

She said that the men in Lagos are highly commercial and that they give a commercial approach to any interactions that they do have with women. She added saying that she was offered lots of money by the men in Lagos.
