When WhatsApp the instant messaging app was launched at first, it was
impossible to be able to see the messages that have been deleted and now the
app has been improved on.
Recently, WhatsApp announced that it’s users could be
able to delete the messages that they send within a 7- minute window, it was a
time for joy and it was a good feeling for the users of the app.
Sometimes a
user can delete a message which actually had some important meaning to them and
so they feel like they should get back that message and read through it again.
If you are in such a scenario, today I will show you how you can be able to see
that message that has been deleted on your Android Smartphone.
Here are the
simple steps that you will need to take.
Before we go into the details, first things first you should ensure that
WhatsApp is installed properly on your Smartphone.
You should also make sure that you do have a reliable internet
connection to your Android Smartphone.
Your phone should also be running on the Android operating system with a
version 4.4 and above.
Now, here are the simple steps that you will need to follow to read the
deleted WhatsApp messages on your Smart Android phone:-
1. First download the notification history app from the Google playstore
and then install it on your Smartphone.
2. You should now open the app and allow the notification and
administrator access to the app.
3. The notification history app will now start recording all the
notification history of all the messages that have been deleted.
4. You should open the app and then click on Whatsapp so that you are
able to view all the notification history of Whatsapp.
5. You should now look for the contact name or number and then click on
it so that you are able to view the notification that you do desire.
You have now successfully been able to see the deleted WhatsApp message
but however, there are some limitations to this notification history app as
described below:-
-The app is only able to store the first 100 characters of the message
and the rest are deleted.
-When you re-start your device, the messages will be automatically
deleted.
- The app is only able to retrieve the Whatsapp messages that have
generated a notification on your device and that have been seen or interacted
with.
